The newly developed inserts are equipped with the latest PVD coating technology, MEGACOAT NANO EX - or PR18 series, which ensures exceptionally long tool life - up to 2.5 times longer compared to conventional coatings. It also comes with 2-edge double sided Wiper inserts.
