Ultra sonic knives

The ultra-sonic knives are ideal for cutting soft, porous, and unstable materials with fragile connections. Using ultra-sonic there is no risk of deformation of the products, therefore even sensitive materials can be cut without hesitation. Thanks to the minimised surface friction even the smallest areas can be cleaned and accurately processed. The blades are designed in such a way that they do not bond with the material, therefore no breakouts and burrs merge. They convince not only with high productivity and minimum cleaning time, but also with a high machining speed, energy-saving efficiency, and a low environmental impact. Here, we have particularly focused on exact angularity in the cut and material respectively. This is complemented by a degree with tear-free cutting edge.
